High quality standard of raw materials

Individually selected boards of thermally modified wood, high-quality and durable varnish and paint, stainless steel fasteners and additional equipment with well-considered safety and comfort characteristics are just a few notable examples that characterize the manufacturing process of the VMS Timber products.

Individual components for our manufactured products are purchased only from well-known and proven partners over the years. During the well-considered product development and production process, we never compromise our values and choose quality over quantity. It should also be emphasized that the manufacturing process of each product ends with a complete inspection of its quality.

Thermally modified wood.

The material is completely ecological. As a result of thermal treatment, the moisture level of wood decreases and the surface becomes dense, significantly affecting the absorption of moisture from the external environment, so its dimensions do not change due to fluctuations in the temperature and humidity of the external environment.

Thermally modified wood is resistant to mold, growth of various microorganisms and other biological damage effects. Thermally modified wood is a modern finishing and timber structure material with good visual properties and constant color.

Since the beginning of the company, a large part of the products manufactured by VMS Timber is sold in the markets of various countries all around the world. Significant experience has been accumulated in cooperation with international companies and companies in trade, logistics and other related fields. By cooperating with the customers outside Latvia on a daily basis, the system of customer service and customer support that complies with the modern standards has been created. Our saunas are delivered in easy-to-handle DIY boxes, designed for straightforward assembly. The kit includes pre-made panels and boards, eliminating the need for sawing. All you need to do is follow the included instructions, effortlessly screwing the parts together. A 5-year manufacturer's warranty for timber structures and housings

Thermally modified wood, high-quality fasteners and the handwork of experienced craftsmen together create very high-quality wood products. Having been producing for several years and testing the functionality of our developed and manufactured products in real life, we provide a 5-year manufacturer's warranty for wooden structures and casings for all products manufactured by VMS Timber.

The products which are suitable for all climate zones and all four seasons.

During their manufacturing, the thermally modified wood products are treated with special high-quality oils and toning paints which protect the materials from rain and high humidity, sunlight and heat, as well as snow, ice and low outdoor temperatures. The thermally modified wood is significantly less exposed to the external environment. During the product development, attention is paid separately to various aspects of external environmental impact and integrated solutions which reduce it.

There are 4 seasons in Latvia, the country of the company, therefore, this is an ideal environment to test the solutions used to reduce the environmental impact on the products. All wooden products manufactured by VMS Timber can be used in any climatic zone.
